  The 'suite' I stayed in had some good points, but parts of it were pretty run down. When I tried to draw the curtains, the whole thing came down from the ceiling and fell on me. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony had nice evening sun.
  
  The place has no reception. You see a sign that just says 'hotel' pointing through a passageway full of graffiti. In the back courtyard there is a bell you have to ring just to the right of the passageway. The stairway up to my room was old and very run down, with faded paint falling off the walls in flakes.
  
  When someone finally arrived to sign me in, I was made to feel as if they were doing me a favor letting me stay with them, and there was much sighing and rolling of eyes when I wanted to pay with a credit card. I have encountered this type of lackluster costumer service before in Poland and Russia, and now again in Moldova – not impressed by it.

  It was second time for staying on this hotel and although the staff English is limited I knew what to expect and we communicated through mobile translator app. The location is excellent; there are restaurants and bars close by, as well as a beautiful park.
