  Удачное месторасположение, в этом же доме супермаркет с неплохой кулинарией, рядом много кафе, ресторанов, парк. Квартира в новострое, свежий ремонт, новая мебель, удобные матрасы на кроватях, индивидуальное отопление. Есть выход на терассу на крышу супермаркета, с зелёными насаждениями и великолепным видом(особенно ночной вид понравился).
  По размещению – если планируете 5 человек, учтите, что диванчик малюсенький, максимум для 6 летнего ребенка, и наверно за постель к нему нужно договариваться отдельно.
