  Зручне розташування квартири. Поруч з будинком є аптека, продуктовий магазин та зупинка громадського транспорту. Неподалік знаходиться гарне озеро, де можна насолодитись прогулянкою, випити запашної кави та відпочити. Господар нас зустрів, провів до квартири, показав всі зручності і пригостив нас упаковкою смачного чаю. Квартира чиста та охайна.
