  One of the best residential complexes in Chisinau, in my opinion. Closed green well-groomed area with a children's playground. Within walking distance from public transport (3 stops to the city center), but at the same time the distance is sufficient not to hear the noise of the highway. The house has grocery and household chemical stores, and a beauty salon.
  The apartment is bright and spacious. When renting for two days, the price for 3 people per day is very reasonable, almost comparable to the price of a hostel. There are dishes, bed linen, towels, etc. for cooking, refrigerator, kettle, good electric oven, washing machine. Everything is enough for a comfortable short stay.
  Easy collection and return of keys, owner's representative is always in touch.
  I didn’t use the (underground) parking, but such an opportunity is absolutely priceless in this city.
  It would be convenient to find salt, sugar, tea, coffee, water (possibility to purchase for an additional fee, as in a hotel), parchment for the oven, shampoo (only liquid soap is available). People who come for a day are most likely not interested in purchasing something like this. A toaster and microwave would also be convenient. A little more thorough cleaning. However, this would most likely affect the cost, so it is not at all critical and remains as a wish.

  Fajne mieszkanie w niezłej lokalizacji. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Miła właścicielka, bardzo dobry kontakt. W pobliżu sklepy, pizzeria. Do centrum 25 min piechotą.

Новый ЖК, чистота в квартире, абсолютно все необходимое и даже больше для комфортного проживания. Это было наше первое путешествие в Кишинев. Волшебный город, замечательные люди!
